Detail, details, details...

Time is running out and there is still much to do. Getting the boat ready is one thing but preparing to leave one's home for months on end is a bit daunting. What do we do about the mail? What about the bills that we can't view on line? Or important letters? Will someone be able to check on the house while we are gone? Start our cars? Will our children and grandson forget what we look like? Oh, my head is swimming.

Our Dream

Throughout our life together we have dreamt of completing The Down East Loop. Over the years, we have lived on the water, owned every manner of boat and talked of living our dream. With life's up, downs and changes, there were years when we thought we would never be able to accomplish it yet here we are, making final preparations for our departure. Moral of the story: NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS!!
